[Readers Update] Back to the farm again, a namerator challenge, and new approach to things...

Vacation is a delightful chore. A few more days before I return. This means pausing things...

Hi,

Thanks for reading this.

And if you got this in your email and don't feel you need it, please unsubscribe below.

  • Another Namerator request for this new calf, please...
  • I'll be on vacation when you get this.
  • Tiny home construction - pauses.
  • New courses, audiobooks, and updated anthologies also on pause for two weeks.
  • But meanwhile, become a First Reader by joining the Insider's Club and sending me an email... which I'll answer as soon as I get back.

Farm News

This week's featured calf is number 15 (three more to bring to you at this writing):

Another gorgeous heifer calf. Three socks on her legs, that white-tipped tail, thin partial stripes everywhere. Darling... So this should give you lot of fuel for your namerators (yes you can always send me more than one name.) Mother is named "Clover", and yes those udders are way more milk than the calf needs. So that attribute will probably carry over into this one (sigh.)

And here's your chance to give her a name - just reply to this email with your inspiration(s)...

Cozy Cottage (Tiny Home) Progress

Since I've returned, no progress yet. Just catching up on my return. But I'm off to check into a portable air conditioner tomorrow, since this Heat Dome we've been under this summer makes this a sort of necessity for living in a metal-clad cottage. Next week, I'll have something to talk about.

Fiction Re-releases Still on Hiatus

And still, nothing new this week. It took several days to get caught up on things around here, so getting even the re-releases updated took a back seat.

There are three Ghost Hunter Canons are all but ready to bring out in new versions. And these were each built from four Ghost Hunter anthologies. The first one will have a special introductory price, and will only be a direct link (for obvious reasons) as this is slated to be advertised to get people into that fiction series. But the regular-priced version will be updated.

And I do have other paperbacks to get issued, like the J. R. Kruze collections. (An editor's job is never done.)

But - a new fiction continues in the background...

That new fiction story is still writing itself (and being a bit insistent about being written in spite of.) Even on vacation, new scenes showed up. We're working on its underlying theme right now.

You can start to get all excited over new stuff. Stay tuned.

News and New Plans

There's always too much to do here in too little time available. It's always setting priorities and working these through. Visit store.livingsensical.com and do a search to find all that are out there already. Plenty of stuff to help you improve your life.

A long-term plan is developing which will bring out the Nightingale essays I have as videos. Because these have been forgotten mostly, but are timeless. And then segue into the other classic texts I've always referred back to along these lines. There are about four years of these to produce, if I only get two produced each week.

The rest of my week (outside of farming duties) will be in producing more fiction parables, and new course lessons (time permitting).

So, patience becomes the watchword...

What's Ahead?

Taking a vacation - but I'm still bringing stuff to you...

Back from vacation in the Smoky Mountains, where we concentrated on seeing historical sites. All in the breathtaking vistas there.

PS. Summer fruit

The early Blackberries are mostly done, and the second two varieties of these are ripening now. Elderberries are in their green state right now, but in a couple of weeks will be bountiful. I'm currently going through our last year's syrup with breakfast every morning.

Coming soon are the wild plums, followed by paw-paws.

Oh - wait, there's more: The recent results just confirm all I've been telling (some of) you for years - you can actually have and be anything and everything you want out of life. Really. Whether it's finding a dear companion or a million-dollar salary. And it's all in that "Strangest Secret Collection" (my characters named it the "decoder ring"). You only have to take the leap of faith and put it into use...

(Again, to get your updated copy, just reply to this and ask - I'll send you the most recent edition if you don't have yours or misplaced it.) As well, I do need to get some courses up, so I'll start working these in once I get all the major non-fiction books republished.

Become a First Reader

First readers have now become collaborators. And get the first inklings of a story before anyone else except me. (They also get immediate notification and pictures of new calves.) Our interactions are what result in the Notes editions for each book. It's simple to become one - just raise your hand.

How to Raise Your Hand: Join the no-cost Insider's Club and then send me an email that you have. Tell me what you bring to the table. If you make a good case, I'll include you on my First Reader Emails.

Expect great things over the next year - and continuing...

Thanks again for opening this. And reading these books.

And leaving a rating on the Living Sensical site for the stuff you buy there.

As well as leaving recommendations on Bookbub in addition to reviews anywhere else.

You know, that "paying it forward" kinda thing.

Do keep sharing these books with your friends, too.

I hope your life is not too interesting to be overwhelming, but sufficiently engaging to keep you amused. (Like some of us here...)

Robert

PS. Again, you can always email me about anything.

What you're here for is to enjoy life. If you're not enjoying every single moment, then you're working too hard at living. Relax. Let go. Follow your bliss.
